Testing Features

Automatic Testing in one Setup

KO2035 adapter kit and TestCenter Control Application is designed to control the testing in one set up, without needing to stop the test to change cable or hose connections to measure pump output, injector output or non-pumping injector return.

Pump Output

TestCenter software runs the pumping unit only and sets the rail pressure to test pressure up to 2200 bar to measure the pump flow rate under pressure.

Injector Output

TestCenter Software runs the pumping unit to drive the injector at test pressure up to 2200 bar. Injector delivery is measured automatically without changing any set up or plumbing on UTS1004.

Non Pumping Injector Return

TestCenter software measures the non-pumping injector return flow to determine the control valve and nozzle condition automatically without needing to change and connections or plumbing on UTS1004.
